Shipping Policy

We try our best to work your order as soon as possible. Orders received before 15:00 AM,(CET) Monday-Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 15:00 AM (CET) will be processed the following business day.Orders received after 12:00 AM (CET) on Friday will process the following Monday. Shipping within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping outside Germany 4 to 14 business days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Upon shipment you will receive an email notification containing tracking information so that you can view and track the status of your order.

Minoan Socks is not responsible for packages after they have left our store. If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the shipper (DHL) directly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The inventory and our products are regularly updated and checked before the delivery, However if you would like to return your item for any reason please do so within 14 days, after 14 days we do not accept returns.

Once we receive the item back you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.

PAYMENTS
